Contribute Easily Manage The Content On Your Own Website

A new product by Macromedia called Contribute is perfect for website administration of this nature. It is a well-priced and effective way of allowing Webmasters of all experience levels to edit, delete and add content to their website without having to know any HTML.

We have been evaluating this product since its beta phase and are very impressed with the resulting product released in December 2002. Its Window’s style, intuitive user interface makes it ideal for a project of this scope.

Aside from the familiar interface, this product interlocks nicely with the above technologies such as the templates and style sheets and enables the user to cut-and-paste Word documents (including tables) into the new or edited pages. This enables enough freedom to do whatever is needed without diluting the graphic design.

This software would be provided at cost, however, a different copy would need to be purchased for each website administrator as the software is network aware and will identify duplicates. The costs in this proposal cover the cost of one copy. Another consideration is that the website administrator will need to operate the software on either a PC or a Mac OSX
